Div.Cap. A new focus on diversity: how to welcome without prejudice.
The Diversity Capacity project focuses on managing diversity in different adult training institutions, trying to focus attention on diversity in general.
Div Cap considers the differences of gender, disability, cultural, linguistic, sexual orientation, etc., but especially the diversity of origin, focusing on people who have a migratory background.
The project is funded by Erasmus +
Chi puo partecipare:
The partners of this project are 7 between adult training institutions and universities, from Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, Croatia, Greece and Holland.
For the first phase of experimentation, the training bodies involved will be the Cramars of Tolmezzo and Ires FVG of Udine and Trieste.
Indirect participants will be the employees of the two entities mentioned and the participants in their courses
Argomenti e contenuti trattati:
The aim of this project is to analyse, through interviews and case studies, the management and approach to diversity in adult training institutions, or in centers that deal with the training and reception of migrants.
After conducting interviews with employees, managers and teachers of the various bodies, we will proceed to cross-check the data to see what the opinions and the various approaches to diversity are; the goal is to identify weaknesses within the company / training institution / university, in order to strengthen the aspects that are not sufficiently developed, in a context that increasingly relates to diversity of various kinds. It is important to be able to involve all people who are not well integrated in society and in the working world, in order to guarantee everyone a treatment and access to the possibilities in the most equal way. From the development of these case studies we want to build a useful model to increase and improve the approach to diversity. |
