Then this project is for you!

The name of the project refers to the condition of double marginality that some people live in the peripheral territories: personal marginality, dictated by unemployment, by personal or family difficulties, by situations of vulnerability; geographic marginality, due to a position far from dynamic contexts, with economic and demographic problems.

Chi puo partecipare:

All people interested in the activities can participate, free of charge, in this European Cramars project, specifically there are direct beneficiaries:
• NEET is an acronym that stands for “Not in Education, Employment, or Training”indicating young people not engaged in study, neither in work nor in training
• Low-skilled adults looking for work

Argomenti e contenuti trattati:

The project aimed at creating the conditions and develop a process to activate a Community Pact, which will end with the final signature of the document by the four or more communities involved (in Italy, Latvia, Slovenia and Hungary).

The goal will be to create forty personalized itineraries for the adults involved, ten for each country, which we will define as “Community Learning Pacts” as the motivation and the possibility of success of the activities are strengthened by community support

Em2 wants to contribute to strengthening the motivation and improvement of the job opportunities of low-qualified adults and NEETs in marginal contexts, through a balance of competences and self-awareness, with a co-responsibility approach that includes local communities, companies and training centers.

Luogo di svolgimento:

Il progetto è un progetto ideato e creato da Cramars per le aree periferiche e marginali in generale, l’idea viene sperimentata nella Montagna friulana ed in modo particolare nei territori delle 3 Aree Interne della Regione FVG: Canal del ferro Val Canale, Valli e Dolomiti Friulane, Carnia.
