Strengthen the presence of women in active citizenship with a new initiative by Cramars and UTI Carnia.
The women's Empowerment project in Carnia and the mountain of Friuli will be divided into free WORKSHOPS and LABS.
These involve the use of inclusive methodologies. The participants will become protagonists and will be accompanied in the experience by a moderator, one or more experts and a testimonial.
Chi puo partecipare:
Workshops and laboratories are addressed to:
* all employed and unemployed women who will be supported in empowerment paths and ability to negotiate and enhance their potential
* local companies that will be protagonists on the topics related to the management of human resources, organizational flexibility and friendly management.
Argomenti e contenuti trattati:
The project is structured through several workshops. Below we indicate the laboratories designed.
1) WOMEN AND EMPOWERMENT
Empowerment is the ability to recognize and implement attitudes, energies, mental processes, solutions that help to positively influence personal and working life.
2) THE VALUE OF DIVERSITY
Diversity seen as an opportunity to create value in corporate organizations.
Recognizing and cultivating differences means making the most of each person’s skills in an
inclusive and innovative vision of the business processes with the aim of improving the company’s performance, climate and perception.
3) WOMEN IN THE PLACES OF THE DECISIONS
Not only technical and specific skills of the role, but acquisition of a strategic mentality that leads women to make critical mass in the places of decisions.
4) ORGANIZATIONAL WELLNESS
Organizational well-being as a goal that companies should aim for, not only from the psychological point of view of people at work, but also to increase their own productivity. Organizational health and well-being
5) SMART WORK: OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL
New technologies and new opportunities are changing the world of work. Innovative opportunities open up for workers and companies. The news also come on the conciliation front.
6) COMPANY WELFARE
“Corporate welfare” is the set of initiatives and services that companies carry out, both by independent decision and by agreement with trade union representatives, to meet the needs of workers: from health care to work-life balance measures, from access to credit to leisure, in order to improve the corporate climate and create conditions of well-being for the company and for the workers.
Gli incontri si terranno a Tolmezzo, nei locali del Centro Servizi Museali di via della Vittoria n. 4, secondo un calendario che verrà stilato in accordo con le partecipanti.
The meetings will be held in Tolmezzo, in the premises of the Museum Service Centre in via della Vittoria n. 4, according to a calendar that will be drawn up in agreement with the participants.
