With Cramars exploring old houses becomes an opportunity for cultural exchange!
We have assessed that, in training courses, it is essential to strengthen the combination of formal and informal training to improve the integration of people of different generations.
To develop local / regional connections it is important to be able to react adequately to the informal cultural needs of older generations.
Their skills and abilities, based on experience, must be preserved and documented to inspire people of all generations through an open and shared exchange on what they do best.
This basic knowledge, studied in a previous project, is also a means of raising awareness of this cultural wealth at the local level and encouraging old and young generations to active citizenship especially in this period of changes due to globalization.
The theme of "houses" is perfect for connecting all partners and generations. It allows the exchange of knowledge between generations and the teaching on European culture and history.
We expect that all the materials produced will be used by experts and teachers to facilitate teaching relating to architecture and building construction, as well as the history and culture of the houses studied through a combination of formal and informal approach.
Furthermore, all products can be disseminated to favour other training projects.
