Prodev: how to update Euro-designers
The project objective is to transfer and optimize a form of professional training to favour the competences of European planners or people that manage complex projects financed by corporate public or private bodies for the development of the territory.
We can define the development as “a change (social, territorial…) toward a greater global welfare, using a planning process, with the exploitation of the local and territorial resources, in a long time term vision."
For different reasons the number of people that deals with local development, is increased in the last years, but a lot of these people have never had a training for the management of such projects, even if they owe, during their job, to plan, define and manage such projects.
