These are 4 free workshops whose purpose is to provide some indications for future-proof local development strategies linked to some themes of the Friulian mountain.
The illustrated methods are based on the most advanced theories around the Studies of the future and make use of methodologies, such as complex future exercises, which are used to accompany organizations to "train" their ability to "understand the future", to facilitate the "Reframing" their "typical" knowledge and planning "TODAY" decisions and activities that can "build" the way to the desired future.
